When you choose to use WW Mobile Veterinary Service to provide veterinary care for your pet you agree to us collecting relevant information including your name, contact details, email, telephone number, home address and bank details, your pet’s name, breed, age and medical history.
This information is collected through our online submission booking form or over the phone.
By giving us this information you consent to WW Mobile Veterinary Services using this information to contact you regarding relevant matters such as your appointment, laboratory results, arranging payment, insurance claims and to enable us to attend your home.
Please do inform us of any relevant changes to your details, to enable smooth communication.
If you request a home visit for euthanasia of your beloved pet, we will normally contact your usual veterinary practice unless requested otherwise. We will ask you for consent to share this information with them. If you do not consent to us sharing this information we will ask you to take care of this aspect yourself. We can assure you that your details will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
All constent forms and clinical details of consultations and procedures will be stored electronically and are secure and confidential. We will ask you for your consent to share this data if your pet needs to be seen by a different veterinary care provider such as referral center. Please give us a minimum of 5 working days notice to share this data. In an emergency situation please contact us and we will do our best to deliver this information as soon as possible.
All clinical notes and consents are retained and can be provided in the unlikely event of complaint or dispute over guardianship, consent to administer particular treatment or euthanise. Our website may contain links to other websites. We do not hold any control over these websites so you are entering them at your own risk.
Your right to complain:

It is our goal to provide exceptional veterinary service and we will look carefully into any potential complaint that arises.
We reserve the right to share your information with our insurer, idemnity provider or other profesional advisors if we believe that this will help to resolve a complaint more efficiently. You reserve the right to contact us and withdraw your consent to process your data.
To exercise your right to correct, update, access or delete your data please contact us directly.

Fees:
All fees are due to payment before, during or within 48h of a service provided.
All of our fees are subject to VAT at the current rate. Current fees are available on our website and include VAT.
Estimates are provided upon request; estimates are only an approximate cost of the service. We will always do our best to keep you updated on your pet’s ongoing treatment costs.

Methods of payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, payments over the phone and secure online payment links.
Direct claims and pet insurances:
Pet insurance claims will be subject to a minimal additional administration fee. Due to nature of the business we are unable to accept any direct claims at this time.
Healthy Pet Scheme:
Our Healthy Pet Scheme is a monthly membership that will continue unless the contract is terminated. We reserve the right to invoice any used underpaid services after termination of the contract. All calculations are made based on our current price list. Unsettled payments without further communications will result in immediate termination of the contract. We will always reach out to you as soon as we can to inform you about any potential problems with your payment.
Ownership of the patient medical history and undertaken investigations remains with the practice and will be retained by us. Copies of the medical records will be shared with other veterinary care providers upon request.
